MY BUYER VERIFIED HE GOT HIS ITEM. ON AND ON IT GOES. YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET BURNED BY THE BUREAUCRATS AT PAYPAL. IT'S LIKE A DICTATORSHIP INSIDE.

HELP!!!!!!!!! I SENT AN ITEM TO ITALY TO THE TUNE OF $3000. EBAY FROZE MY ACCOUNT, ASKED FOR AN OBSCENE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION. I SUPPLIED EVERYTHING AND THEY STILL WOULDN'T UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT. THEN THEY SUGGESTED I REVERSE THE CHARGLES TO THE BUYER. NOW HIS ACCOUNT IS FROZEN. WHAT CAN ONE DO? IT'S LIKE A TWISTED, EVIL MAZE WITH NO RECOURSE? THEY ARE NOW ARE SITTING ON MY MONEY. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY IMPOSSIBLE. ANY SUGGESTIONS???????????? PLEASE HELP. MY BUYER VERFIED HE HAD RECEIVED HIS ITEM. THE ITEM WAS NOT SOLD ON AUCTION.

it is true they can take your account and all your customers money, and now with ebays new email system (the one where all your 500 customers are member@ebay.com) yo cannot even contact your customers or get thier address details when paypal nick their money and ebay hide their details so you end up looking like a theif, trust me people you all use them happilly but when you get stung you will know about it , i remember thinking , it wont happen to me, now i have lost over 4000gbp i have customers screaming at me and i cant reply to them and i had to sack 5 members of staff, thanks ebay thanks paypal , love it ! yeah man i mean why dont i just sell my house and put it in my paypal account for you (when you unfreeze it) i am trying my best to do all they ask by the book but it is close coming to a court case , i wonder what spanish courts will say ? they are pretty ruthless at dishing out punnishment , il look into it ,

If anyone is trying to start a group to challenge paypal, let me know I WANT IN.
Luckily I was able to remove my bank account from PayPal before they could access it, however my credit card is a different story. Ive contacted my credit card company and informed them of fraudulent charges. Let them get hit with chargebacks for once with no one else to pass it onto. Luckily eBay as stopped allowing payments to my PayPal account until I bring it back to a zero balance, so they cant steal all of my revenues. Also has anyone else had trouble putting the anti-Paypal banners on their auctions? I can make changes to my auctions and it will take, however convieniently I try adding the HTML text and it has an underfined error? Coincidence or conspiricy....i dunno.

Sundance, we the people need to trade among ourselves not rely on a 3rd party that uses us as their cashcows. They don't do shit to make money we provide service to others when selling on Ebay. They reap most of the benefits, we get the straw. Corporation sucks, just a bunch of pigs swindlers, thieves, back stabbers. I quit selling on ebay because I don't to sell any of my values for next to nothing. I dunno, it's very hard to make money these day. so the more you sell, the less your profit. that's how the scam works.

eBay is no longer the Most Profitable Auction Site on the Net, as they would like everyone to believe. eBay is living in the Past! In the early days, the site worked well for the sellers, where profits were concerned. The site was easy to navigate. eBay at least appeared as if they cared about the selling community. It was not uncommon to put something up for bid, and have a bidding war within a half hour. Almost everything sold, and at Fab Ending Bids! Fee's were reasonable, where you stood to make a profit, and hardly anyone complained, so there was no need for liveworld employee's on eBays Boards.
However when eBay changed their agenda, and went after big business, changed the site to accommodate that sector. Bought paypal and tried to Own the Whole Block, raised fee's in their quest to buy up more companies and pay for their China Blunder, things got very ugly. Then they Pushed Paypal Down the Sellers Throats, advertised fiercely to get buyers to sign up, and squeezed out the competition so that our options were severely restricted.
eBay claims that paypal is safe, that paypal is the most preferred, Blah, Blah, Blah. It was literally forced upon the sellers, since eBay was killing off the competition, and paying Big Bucks to Push their Paypal Venue, and to Destroy Other Payment Venues. You read repeatedly on the eBay Boards, that eBay needs to make money, and that they are only looking out after their own interests. YOU BET THEY ARE!
Do not the sellers likewise, need to watch their fee's and investment, when costs start destroying their profits? Isn't it time for Reality Checks and Balances? Sellers too, must be profitable, or they are wasting their time.
The worst thing they did was to Turn their Backs on the Mom and Pop Sellers, who gave them the power to do all the above. They continually changed the UA's of eBay and Paypal to offer No Protection to the Sellers, and they even use these UA's to Thieve More Money out of the Sellers Accounts.
In the last year that I sold on eBay in 2004, sales were pathetic. I had great inventory. I bought from vendors off the East and West Coast. eBay had screwed the site up so badly, with their personal agenda changes, that they destroyed thousands of us, in the process. Those who didn't leave (and many of the core sellers did just that) were kicked off of eBay's Site, for Daring to Confront the Giant, Ask Questions, and Expect Answers!!!
A Wise Seller has the Ability to Read the Writing on the Wall. To see through the Hype that eBay has Created and realize that the Deck is Stacked Against Us. That everything that eBay has done, has Reaped this Harvest. And all you have to do is spend some time on the eBay Boards, and try to catch the posts that are deleted as fast as the sellers can type them, to understand the magnitude of this disaster. That the Sellers are Disgruntled and Angry, that they know they are being ripped off. That's why Liveworld is There, to Control the Damage and Make the eBay Boards appear, as if there are only a Handful of Disgusted Sellers.
This is why sites like paypalsucks exist: To show the world that eBay has Sold the Sellers a Bad Bill of Goods, not only through eBay but Paypal as well. We've been lied to and cheated, and all the Hype Manufactured in the eBay Dream Factory, in reality, is just a "Fractured Fairy Tale!!!"

I'm sorry, you mean all the programing an code just creates itself, like magic?
If people want a system to get better, someone has to work on that (costs money). If the customers want support then you have to hire people to do it (Cost more money).
So you are saying they should provide at no cost all these things and more, how are all these hard working people to get money then if the service they work for costs nothing?
