I have a question: I was involved with someone who agreed with him that sent me money in the end if required, and actually finished work when sent to my money. But two days after the return of money from my account and credited to my account is frozen. The question is now how I can receive money from non-manipulation return the person again

Sundance, paypal is not "SAFE" AT ALL!! I USED THE SERVICE FOR 5 YEARS WITHOUT ISSUE TILL 2 MONTHS AGO THEY ALLOWED A BUYER (WHO ALREADY FILED DISPUTES AND LOST WITH EBAY AND PAYPAL TO FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE BACK THEIR CARD EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE 300 DOLLAR DEPOSIT IS LEGITIMATE And was agreed to in the listing terms when thew buyer used the buy it now option 3 months and two disputes later my account is negative 300 dollars legitimately owed to me...the buyer had 10 days to complete the sale and never did....3 months later after BUYER LOST
both disputes (i followed ebay and paypal rules to the letter as well as keeping my end of the listing terms so point being you think its great i did too till they allowed some buyer the power to put me out of business....PAYPAL IS NOT SAFE!!! DONT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE!!!!!

PaypalSucks, How do I get my money back they are holding and have been holding for over 5 months we never had a chargeback issue they said our bsuiness sells electronics and we are a so called risk issue and so they locked up all the money our company made selling with them and we are furious. All we get is automated BS emails why?

Its very true what you say...I have read it all...down to the last word in this threat and wow almost everyone (except the casual idiots/spammers) make 100% logical sense. I mean look at me losing my $305 ( http://www.paypalsucks.com/forums/showthread.php?fid=3&;tid=13725&old_block=0 ) USD to Paypal just today when they have frozen my acount. Its very true what you all say...HOW CAN A COMPANY STILL HAVE SO MANY COSTUMERS WHEN THEY TREAT THEM LIKE GARBAGE??
People like me just think Paypal is great...YA I THOUGHT THAT TOO...until they screwed me over just now with $305 USD gone in thin air...and let me tell you all something, $305 is a small amount to pay, for the knowledge I have gained about this terrible company and I will pass this information down to every friend, and relative, so they dont have to deal with this manac themselves.

I do web dev and you people should no you cannot trust the net
with you cash and cards or any info you don’t want people to see
I’ve bin in the biz for 5 or 6 years and you can never ever
fill the holes you can only make it hard for people to get in
You can make it really hard but "always some way" : o
please don't trust the net with that kind of stuff
Even if the program or script is thought to be safe
what about the servers what if its not set up right
or what if the server has a glitch in its programming its happens alot
or what if the database has a glitch or what if what if or what if
i will not list all the problem with the internet
SECURITY IS A LEVEL NOT A SET FIGURE that can be made
anyone who does internet security can tell you that
no web site is secure all I have said is true if you don’t believe me

Go look up all these peoples feedback.
