PaypalSucks,Please help just found this site. But tell me bby email gr8estgramma@hotmail.com tell me what i do if they froze my acct. and cant tell me why not one compliant 100% all funds coming from ebay sells gr8estgramma was ebay name.lookat my seller feed back perfect. my acct. is in the same prefect stand after 70 transactions?
Sorry but my you could give my email to someone you knows alittle more than me cause my acct. is with out any mistakes i have anything they could need all documention or i.d veriefication or what ever.please give my email address to any one you think could help.

SellersAccounts, you are right paypal are criminal in there own way just think how much money they have made from limiting accounts for no reason.. thousands/millions? i will never use paypal again just for the fact that a year ago my account got limited just after i had verified it and that didnt make any sense as i thought verifying it would stop that from happening lol how wrong was i a few hours after i entered the code from my bank it got limited i rang paypal they said suspicious activity lol what crap there hadnt been any activity in that time they had limited it i faxed all the documents they asked for and to this day that account is still limited. why? i will never know i have been on the phone to paypal a number of times and they never really give you a answer so for that i will never use them again.. you are right i thnk cheques/money orders are very safe although the buyer may not think so but if you are a trusted ebay seller then you shouldnt have any troubles i certainly dont have any troubles and i only accept bank deposits/transfers or cheques/money orders i may loose some custom this way but i am prepared to lose a bit of custom and not use paypal

The people is not the cause of paypal takeing funds back from people you have paid just because one of your sellers got limted for god knows what
The people dose not cause paypal to freezee funds just cause u made to much money at one time or sent money to a family memeber.
The people dose not cause paypal to STEAL money out of your bank account because they flet they must refund a buyer who has gotton his items 4 months down the line then bltch about it and ran to paypal and they automaticly issue him a refund WTF!!!! O_o
Paypal is eveil and its no ones fualt but there own and they choose to be this way why? because there makeing a fcuk load of intrest on the accounts that they have frozzen so they found a way not only to make 10000s off ebay but make 10000s more by holding peoples money hostage and forceing people into there trap useing peoples own money. Paypal has lost around 15 million in 4 lawsuits we need to hit these fcuks hard and make them lose billions. Something other then a slap on the wrist and with google checkout ebay is getting pissed scared because there pretty much trying to force ebayers into accepting there pethic shitpal.
I tried to list a item on ebay and i didnt click creditcards or paypal and guess what i could'nt list my item due to some safe payment bullshit in other words a way for the buyer to be able to hit you with a chargeback but luck for I i use google so i click credit cards but theres alot of people out there that use money orders and checks which is just as safe or even safer then useing gaypal which if i have to pay useing paypal or money orders i would pick money order cause i have never gotton screwed from any buyers paying with a money order as to i got scared a few times from shitpal

When are people going to relieze a clear point, that its not the payment services fault, its people that are causing the problems, committing scams and sellers not using common sense.
Fraud happens for one reason, because the seller doesnt use their brains and let the $$$$ come before policies. Sellers must always prove the person got the stuff period. The more you protect yourself the less chance you are to get hit by fraud. If you cant afford 14 cents for delivery confirmation then you deserve to be scammed.
Your the one running the business not the customer. You policies are clearly stated and if anyone tries to change that policy tell them to go F themselves. Ebay bidders 1/2 of them are a bunch of wackos. You see any type of negative feedback over attitude problems, non payment, or even if you get some stupid or threatening email from a bidder, cancel their bids and block them period. You dont want the headache whatsoever, and the way PayPal and eBay are with kissing the bidder's ass, the seller has to protect themselves.
Sellers stop seeing $$$$ before common sense and you wont be scammed as much. Sometimes I wonder about Darwins theory, seems like 90% of this planet is still evolving from chimps!

Rinity, Your account is tainted so the slightest thing will result in the account being locked up again..korny is spot on refund the buyer close the account and tell PP to stick it somewhere.
If you need a new account clear your cookies ect and change your IP address then open a new account...better still just to be safe use a different computer.

if they froze your bank account fill out the proper forms and they have to have a hearing to unlock your bank account. as for the money in the paypal account, i would see what your local state says about contract breacking, unlawful detainment of funds etc. etc. if paypal ever fiqured that they are in fact under no only their contact but federal and state laws they would fold up and blow away real quick.

But, the BIGGER problem is the government has power to stop this, and doesn't. They are supposes to protect us from such BS, but uphold it. Why? They get more taxes by letting PP commit theft. They report some of this on their income tax reports.
Can we blame Republicans or BUSH? It happened on his watch. But it happened on Clinton's watch as well. No, it is not related to party. It is related to GOVERNMENT not performing properly.
