Sundance: I post under one ID on paypalsucks, and when I sold on eBay, I also posted with one ID. I have no desire to hide behind an alias. I want what I have to say, to be at face value. I stuck my neck out, but for the sake of credibility! This was essential. Which is why, when I posted on eBay with my Selling ID, the Sellers understood that I was a Seller too. Not just an ID with no feedback or bogus feedback. The Sellers could check me out, through my auctions and my feedback, to see exactly who I was.
My Feedback was also substantial, around 2,500, with only one neg. Many MOD's that post have none or extremely small feedback, yet they have been Smearing and Sanctioning Sellers on eBay for years. Seems to me, that if they were interested in selling, they wouldn't be on the boards, posting insults and entrapping sellers 24/7! eBay has set up accounts for these employee's, to make it appear, that they are active sellers.
They are actually Active Employee's of eBay's, conning the sellers into believing that they are something, that they are not.
Multiple ID's allow eBays MOD's to Operate as they do. They claim it protects the seller and their auctions, but the one who really benefits is eBay. They can cloak their henchmen in total darkness, claim that if you are an employee when you post, that you must state this fact. It rarely happens. It allows eBay to get away with the unthinkable. To sanction good sellers, who get out of line with eBay's agenda. To use MOD'S to insult and intimidate for damage control, and then to come back with the line, "You think that We're MOD's, PROVE IT!!!"
If you post, and do not state that your an eBay employee, does that necessarily mean that your not? The years of posting by these MOD's who have clearly broke every posting rule on eBay, and are never sanctioned, is "PROOF ENOUGH!"
Genuine Sellers can't get away with this, have you ever wondered why "They Do?"
One of these days, the Whole Truth will Come Out. That eBay PAID for this kind of Mafia Tactic, on their boards. That eBay is Responsible for Attacking their Own Selling Community!!!

The whole guilty conscience thing.
See LieWorld contractors all have a slue of IDs that ebay gives them.
So naturally they think everyone else dose.
Folks if you get past page one here and look around, you will see there are millions of posts
from unique users who have experienced REAL problems with PayPal.
The LieWorld damage control team comes here often.
They are not effective as ebays own numbers tell the TRUE story.
In eBay's Q4 2005 filing with the SEC in the "PayPal Unaudited Supplemental Operating Data" section of the report. they stated PayPal has 96.2 million registered users but only 28.2 million active accounts....meaning there were 68 million INACTIVE users.
Pretty sad state of affairs for ebay PP and LieWorld if you ask me.
The truth of the matter is: PayPal ADMITS: Sellers have limited ability to comply with SPP!

Sundance, does ebay buy junk from us at the seller's asking price or do they want to buy stuff from us at next to nothing? with all the money they make from us, what do they do with it? Gee I wonder, the rich and middle class are widening meaning as the rich climb up higher on the ladder of wealth, the middle or upper middle classes are dwingling down the ladder into poverty.
Ebay is obsess with money, they don't care about our financial problems. Money is supposed to be in circulation? Not concentrated in the few so they can abuse us with it? Ebay/Paypal will do whatever they like whether wrong or right as long as they can get away with it. Our corrupt system is like a vulture feeding on weak people and finishes them off when they're no longer useful to them.
This money swindling is what makes them evil.
Did you know that transferring money from person a to b use to cost nothing? They hold onto people's fund so they can invest in it or use it as they please. They must be filthy stinking rich by now which gives them lots of power that even the Justice department cannot touch them. They can be bribed and be let off the hook. Hands 50 bucks to each of them, woohoo! look at all this money! thanks! lol.

No Corporation, who so Diligently and Aggressively, Abuses their Own Paying Clients, will go unpunished by the law. Questions about these companies Ethic's and Thug Tactics, will be Exposed, and Not just in a public forum, such as this.
No Matter How High up on the Ladder, eBay/Paypal managed to climb, they did it on the Backs of the Hard Working Selling Community, and at The Seller's Expense. The world will find out, that it is not what success eBay/Paypal managed to Acquire, but how "LOW" they were willing to go, to achieve it.

I agree that this evidence needs to be brought to light and something needs to be done. I plan on writing my senator/congressman/ who ever will listen.
Perhaps the anti-trust aspect could be taken with this?
Sundance: Anti-Trust is a Key Aspect, that should also be addressed. Now, if we could just be Together on This, and Speak in One Voice. A voice that refused to be silenced, then we will stand on the cutting edge, of a Huge Investigation, Regarding Paypal and Our Rights as Consumers.
Enough emails and letters to our representatives, would promote action. After all, how could they ignore a "Deluge of Complaints against eBay/Paypal?" It would be their civic duty, to ACT, on the Sheer Magnitude of Justifiable Grievances.
It would simply be Impossible, for them, Not to Take Action!!!

Perhaps the anti-trust aspect could be taken with this? Thought of that while on hold with PayPal this morning and they said over 90% of auctions feature paypal. Is there another online medium that is accepted as fully as PayPal? I do not know if another merchant account is supported through checkout.
How about conflict of interest? PayPal convieniently waited to resolve a dispute on my account in favor of the other party unti AFTER the time limit on recouping seller costs on eBay had passed. Since PayPal and eBay are one and the same, isnt this illegal? Furthermore they issued a full refund on the day of deliever even though the package was not recieved. Is this legal?? PayPal merchant fees were irrevocable as well, even though it wasnt a credit card payment, but an E CHECK (-4.35 from sale)

Sundance: Before the next election, while the Runners, are scrambling for your votes, email these candidates. Remind them of their duties of office. That protecting the consumer is their obligation. That we have waited far too long, and seen far too many victims of eBay/Paypal, (and their Co-Conspirators Liveworld) and that it's time for justice to prevail.
That our vote may count, on their taking action. That we simply are not going to accept and resign ourselves, to the abuses we suffered, due to the Greed and Corruption of eBay/Paypal.
That losing money or a business, because of unethical and illegal practices, by eBay/Paypal is Unacceptable. That we are tired of the legal system taking one case at a time. That the thousands of sellers that have been scammed and the thousands yet to be scammed, is enough evidence, to fully investigate both companies.
Anything less that a "Full Investigation" means Cover Up!!! And there is a law against that too!!!
