That is it in a nutshell and 100% accurate.
Paypal arbitration policy is to find in favor of the buyer for credit card purchases as the buyer has chargeback rights with their issuer. In the event that the seller does not have sufficent funds to reimburse Paypal for their loss then the policy is to find in favour of the seller!

No more complex then that. Paypal always wins.

I lost a dispute with a seller through PayPal. Does anyone know if I can file a complaint with my credit card company now? I made the purchase approximately 60 days ago.
Seller advertised Tennis Bracelet as being appraised for $2300. I purchased it for much less. I had two jewelers look at it and was told it was worth less than the purchase price, let alone the appraised price. After not getting responses from the seller I went to PayPal. Two weeks ago I started getting emails from them telling me I had 10 days to fax them documentation supporting my claim. I went back to the jewelers and was told that an appraisal would take 2 to 6 weeks. I responded to Paypals emails with this information but, they did not respond to me. Assuming these were computer generated responses I felt sure that on the day of the deadline someone would see my responses and tell me to have the appraisal and then send the docs. to them.
Their response was that they had found that the seller did not misrepresent the merchandise.
I called the long distance number and after talking to a CSA, I spoke to a Supervisor. Forty Five mins later I had gotten nowhere. Oh 25 mins on hold before they picked up.

<Anyone>,

Once your account is limited, even if you send them everything they ask for, it doesnt matter anymore because the account is done for right?

PaypalSucks,
This is how Paypal fairly administer their arbitrition agreements! They are a bunch of corporate liars!
follow the link, read the process and evidence, and how Paypal use their arbitrition clauses to unfairly not apply due process considerations even under state civil codes of arbitrition.
Read my arguement that will be introduced to my state District Attornies office, for anti-trust,and unfair arbitrition awards, through their use of illegal TOS under their user agreement. Are they forgetting their place? They will remember in a class action lawsuits, stay tuned.

I have nothing to say but I just thought that I made some corrections so it be easier to read.

Cheri Woods,

I have no hesitations to speak publicly with any reporters. -Cheri Woods E-Mail: cheriwoods@elvis.com Website: cheriwoods.com

Hi Cheri!

It is very important for public figures, such as yourself, to talk to the media, about your very bad experience with paypal. The losses you incurred and the injustice of this system, which actually steals from it's users.

We as sellers, have no problem, finding places like paypalsucks to vent our frustrations, but sometimes I believe, that these are half measures.

Only by the press reporting the atrocities that occur when using paypal and eBay (And Yes, they are Joined at the Hip, since eBay does Own Paypal) and getting this information into the media, be it a magazine, newspaper, TV Show, and yes the court system as well, do we stand a chance at making these companies accountable for their insulting abuses.

Our Complaints against these companies are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Exposing these companies on a level so high, will inform and protect other users, as well as make sure that eBay and Paypal PAY for the Theft being perpetrated upon the Sellers that use eBay's Site, and for Any Seller using Paypal anywhere on the Net.

After fighting these companies since 2004, I am amazed that we have come no further than this. Truly Amazed!!! That all sellers who continue to be the consumer activists against eBay and Paypal, are still seeing other sellers continue to suffer at the hands of these corporations. That although there are thousands upon thousands of complaints against eBay and Paypal, with hundreds being victimized every day, our stories and experiences, are falling on deaf ears.

A poster here on paypalsucks, mentioned that he felt that eBay/Paypal were in the back pocket of some Politician, who was covering all of this up. I am starting to believe in this theory, that is really not so far fetched.

Otherwise, why is it that we continue to find so many new victims from these companies, here at paypalsucks? Why are eBay/Paypal allowed to continue, to do as they please, and Not be Held Accountable, by the powers that be???

I sincerely hope you follow through. Welcome to the Fight!!!

Sundance
