PaypalREALLYSucks,
We Need to bring this into the general public, posters in shop windows, ad's in papers, word of mouth. as much as possible. I lost €1,400 over PayPal and Ebay and I get accused of fraudulent sales of items that don't exist! Thats why i run an entire website! Ebay and Paypal are guilty of International Trade Law Violations! and those are OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS PUT THERE FOR US!

These AXXes, froze my account with 500 Euro,
Want things from me, I can't supply, and gve me 15 days to solve a non existing Problem (for 'my security') otherwise the money is theirs.

vanja83, Has anyone found a way to get your money out of the paypal account once it's been frozen, i'm so mad, there was no reason at all for them to freeze my account, and they want all this info, like tracking numbers, fax number, credit card info, I dont have a credit card, I dont have tracking number or fax info so what am i suposed to do to get the money in my account.

That's my fault. Originally we were testing it, so people were using anything as a sig. however it started to build so we just let it run.
I have cleaned out the junk sigs.

I currently use Paypal, (I am not sure of my other options). I had the personal account so I didn't take credit cards and wasn't charged a fee. I upgraded to the business account to accept credit cards and I still have to pay fees for people that are not using credit cards, how can they get away with this?

It all sounds good and some work but myself I would be willing to find out about it. Email me with some examples if you want so I can see within this week. Maybe with a couple avid paypalsucks users we could get this thing off the ground and work for ourselves instead of being robbed?

Scripting which I have come cross before.
someone good at programming to make sure information is secure.
and the source code is secure.
The hard spots of it is.
Legal means with Government taxes etc.
payments.
and funding.
I could set something up to show you later.
Either today or within the next week.
Ubid is nicer looking but not the same thing.
aquabid is a example of ways to do it also.
there is so many bidding sites they just acept payments differently.
I dont mind even setting up a account to be used specifically for this if I could manage payments properly.
Havent read further into it as of yet most everything uses paypal so its sorta harder.
Oh yea and another hard part is a good name and advertising.
I dont believe in spam.
Or else my personal website would be out there.
I should set a forum up on my site for idea's for this.

<DAVID> I would most definetly be interested in getting into that. I am sick and tired of people robbing the seller! I know it would be alot to go up against ebay and paypal but at this point it is really a matter of principal, what ever happened to ebay being free of charge? It's crazy!!! People don't even want to buy if you don't have it but the buyers don't know what paypal does to mess with the sellers and make your life hell! Plus the buyers that do know what is going on- they know they can scam the seller just by filing a claim and paypal will honor them over the seller that pays them on every transaction! What would it take to set something up? Do you know?
