yup they are a bunch of corporate thieves,and they do not arbitrate in a manner consistant to arbitration clauses.
They are required to appoint 3 arbitrators,1 choisen by the plantiff,1 choisen by the defendent,and 1 choisen by Paypal.
Additionally I notified them for a stay of any arbitration award for 4 weeks,after giving them evidences to warrant the stay,prior to their ruling,3 days later they made their ruling,even though I complied to the civil rules regarding a request for a delay prior to their award.
I could add many many inconsistancies in their process,that is questionable as to the arbitration award that is definantly a Tort claim,particularily whereas their arbitration invaded upon a contract between the buyer/seller agreement,they did not incorporate the agreement into their award.

I signed the petition their practices of arbitrition is a joke!
And should not be acceptable.

This is how Paypal fairly administers their arbitrition agreement!
They are a bunch of corporate liers!
follow the following link,read the process and evidences,and how they Paypal use their arbitrition clause to unfairly not apply due process considerations even under state civil codes of arbitrition.
Read my arguement that will be introduced to my state District Attornies office,for anti-trust,and unfair arbitrition awards,through their use of illegal TOS under their user agreement.
Are they forgetting their place?
They will remember in a class action lawsuite,stay tunend.

that's great, the more sellers that use the anti paypal logos the better!! Customers will soon see that we are not going to put up with this anymore, and their trust in paypal will drop and drop until paypal is gone!!!!!

PaypalSucks, well i signed!! paypal just limited my access and is holding $927.00 hostage. i logged in to my account at a friends house not knowing that they had issues with paypal. now paypal says that are accounts are linked and they shut me down. i can't even mail my packages. i am thinking about contacting the buyers and having them retract their payments. in any case i will help and i will put the logo on my ebay auctions. thanks for being here!! steve

Of course you can do whatever you want with this Petition thats why it was made. Are you a Journalist? Please add in you report my Toughts of what i think is missing...
I am sending letters and information to every newspaper and news station I can think of, I've also written to every goverment offical I can think of too, I will not just sit back and let them punish me for nothing, paypal needs to be the one that is punished for what it's done to so many people and I am going to try my best to expose them for what they really are!

Well now they are holding my money for 180 days, they say it will be released in May, their reason was because I opened two business accounts and I also have one personal account, I didnt know this wasn't allowed and I don't think it's a reason for this, why not just close the other account? Paypal does nothing to work out problems with it's customers, just protect itself, and that's the very reason paypal will fail. :)

3000GT94, hey, it doesnt matter how much money it is...its the principle of the matter that counts. i run a small business and they are holding $1200.00 of mine for ransom which is not allowing me to ship my orders and is causing me a lot of financial, physical and mental stress. $500.00 to a college student is like a million!!! good luck

timelikeglass, hi there, i would be more than happy to share my situation with you if you are still looking for volunteers. i am more than happy to expose paypal and show the world who they really are. it seems as though they are doing that pretty well on their own. i do have to say, however that e-bay has been just dreamy to work with and i cant see how they would like losing all the money they are losing because people cant continue to sell on their site because of paypal. paypal is making e-bay lose a lot of money and no one has seemed to recognize that. so feel free to contact me at clotheshorse65@hotmail.com and good luck with your story...cheers--rod
