Well, I paid a user for product with echeck and my check didn't go thru. So, I paid with my paypal ballance. The deal is I got charged twice echeck went thru and I lost 300 dollars not counting fees. Paypal no reply. Beaware fraud, Paypal sucks! Will never do it again!

TheBelle2, These are phishing emails meant to get you to log onto a spoof site and provide your personal financial information. Send them to spoof@paypal.com and ignore.

PaypalSucks, Can someone PLEASE tell me what PAYPAL is???? I got an e-mail from them saying that my account needs to be updated by April 1st, but I have NO idea who they are!! Can anyone tell me??? I have not put my credit card out anywhere on the net, yet these people find me and claim that I belong to them??? What is going on???

Well I have filed a complaint and I should get something from TrustE in about 10 business days. All I want is my privcy removed from there computers which I doubt they will do because I owe them money :(

I'm in. Paypal sucks. They've cost me close to $500 already. I'm done with them once my two pending transactions that I currently have are done with. I know $500 sounds like nothing to most of you but as a full time college student working 40+ hours per week, its not chump change to me....

PaypalSucks, I forgot to mention this: In Firefox, with the "AdBlocker" extension installed, the sig box appears with the Adblocker tab that would allow a quick-triggered blocker like me to disable it before reading what it was. Maybe a border around it, with a label, would make it more obvious.

I have been charged,sellers feees charged again for late paymentwithin hours of sale going through yet PayPal is hunging on to the proceeds of the sales for over 4 weeks with no signs of release. They need to be taken to court either in the UK or in Europe and the sooner the better

I am Jeff Caldwell, and was recently \"scammed\" by paypal. They took 330$ of mine. The purchase went through paypal. I sent the money, and was then informed that the item could not be shipped, so i went to pick it up, when i got there, it was in pecies, crap, so the seller told me he would refund the money. When he did, i left it there for about a month, no problem. Then i bought something else, and withdrew the remaining 180 from my account. The same day I attempted to remove money from my account, paypal decided that i may have recived money fraudulently, and canceled that transaction, and set my balance to a negative number. I repsonded quickly to there message, sending them all the iformation they needed. I waited beyond the 5 day limit, and then sent another message asking to the status of the hold on my funds, and they told me they were working on it. I waited a month, and sent the same message, the next day i recieved an email saying that they had reversed the transfer. I was then out an Item and a large sum of money ( a month of work for an 18 year old like myself). I am still in te process or retrieving my funds, but it doesnt look like its going to happed. Could we file another class action suit against them? I have contacted the seller, and he hasnt recieved any of the money back, so somehow, someone is banking alot of money. I want my money back, and i want it now, and i feel i deserve some kind of compensation for the totally uncalled for hold and blatent theft of money that is rightfully mine.

I a having a hard time tryin to find peope who want to talk about their personal experiences with shopping online and the security issues. PaypalSucks, Once it is signed, are you the only holder of the users. What worked with the other is you were given a number so the noisy arses could not see who was signing and if miffed them completely. Its still going as well.
I am all about this, let em have it will full force. Its worse not better over there. Let the PRESS IN, Ebay has managed to cut them off from the boards completely. We NEED MEDIA, every bit we can get! Investigations oh yeah oh yeah!!
Guess whose funds they froze the day before I went to set up a merchant account, AND I have auction interference going on. Gee am I ever "feeling the love" as Corn Cobb stated in his attempt to bust the boycott, which did hurt them. Not enough, we can hurt them more. Now I am so peeved I would throw Meggie overboard had I played that trick, in the great Treasure Hunt, another attempt to bust the boycott, you had to buy or list to get in on it. I would throw her overboard and not yell "man overboard" at all. In fact I would not admit to knowing her. I bet you no one would say one word either, they just might help. Its heated and more so every day. If I can go a day without them calling me, it will be a miracle.
